This Privacy Policy explains how Milf ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of milfa.ai (the "Service"), handles your information. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). Content you create: your companions, messages, and the memories your companion keeps. Technical data: your IP address, browser/user-agent, referring page, and timestamps, used for security and basic, aggregate analytics. You do not need to give us your real name to use the Service.

2. How we use your information

To provide and secure the Service, generate companion responses, remember your preferences, prevent abuse and prohibited content, understand basic usage of the site, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers we share with

We rely on a small number of providers strictly to operate the Service, and they receive only what they need for their function:

• An AI model provider, to generate your companion's responses from the messages you send.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers, to run the Service and store your data.
• A website analytics provider, which receives technical data such as your IP address, user-agent, and referring page to measure traffic.

We do not sell your personal data, and there is no human routinely reading your private conversations (we may access content only where necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance). We do not currently process payments, so no payment provider is involved at this time.

4. Storage, security & retention

Your conversations are stored so your companion can stay consistent and remember you, and they are accessible to you in your account. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We keep your data while your account is active.

5. Deleting your data

You can view, edit, and clear what your companion remembers at any time, and you can permanently delete your account — along with your companions, chats, and memories — from your account settings. After deletion, data may persist briefly in routine backups before being overwritten.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected].

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: one to keep you signed in, and one to remember that you confirmed you are 18 or older. These are required for the Service to work.

8. International users

Your data may be processed in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Children

The Service is for adults only and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
